Harry Jacquard 1099661 Sapper 256th Railway Construction Battalion (10th Canadian Railway Troops) March 20, 1894 Quinan June 30, 1917 Yarmouth, NS Quinan, Yarmouth Co, NS 21 5 feet, 8 inches Dark Black Brown 29th Battery, Canadian Field Artillery, Yarmouth Mill Hand Single Roman Catholic Frances Jacquard (Mother) Springhaven, Yarmouth Co., NS April 13, 1919 (Halifax) harry was the son of Ben jacquard and Frances Jacquard of East Quinan, Yarmouth Co., NS. Sapper Harry Jacquard served with the 256th Railway Construction Battalion (10th Canadian Railway Troops) in France and Belgium. He went overseas, arriving in England on April 29, 1917 and embarked for France on June 17, 1917. He returned to England on January 23, 1919 and returned to Canada on March 29, 1919.
