Donald Isaac d’Entremont was born on October 20, 1900, in West Pubnico, Yarmouth Co., NS, the son of Louis Norbert d’Entremont (1869-1927) and Josephine Celina LeBlanc (1872-1955). Donald served in the Royal Navy as a NCM (Non-Commissioned Member) during WWI. Complexion: Light Height: 5 feet, 4 inches Eye Color: Brown Hair Color: Brown Post WWI, Donald went to the United States arriving in Boston from Yarmouth on the SS Prince Arthur on July 12, 1923. In 1930 he was living in Chelsea, Massachusetts employed as a truck driver. He was married to Margaret M. Comeau (1905-1991) on September 14, 1929. Margaret was born in Saulnierville, Digby Co., NS. They had two children Donald (b.1932), and Shirley (b. 1937). In 1930, Donald and his family was living in East Boston. He completed a Petition for Naturalization on December 13, 1934. Donald completed a US Draft Registration form on February 15, 1942. At that time the family was living in Summerville, Mass., and he was employed with the Atlantic Crabmeat Company, in Boston. Donald Isaac d’Entremont died on January 27, 1979, and was buried in Saint Joseph Cemetery (Plot: Sect JNC, Lot 479), West Roxbury, Suffolk County, Massachusetts on January 30, 1979.
