PUBLIC PRESENTATIONS (440 PRODUCTIONS):

- The Association produces live presentations of the stories, music, and songs of WWII in partnership with Royal Canadian Legion and Royal British Legion branches, Veterans organisations, community theatres and art centres.
Since 2004, stage productions have been presented as part of the Association's Time to Remember Performance Tour Series. The Association is presenting the new 440 Productions musical, Echoes of the Forties in 2008 and 2009:

RESEARCH AND EDUCATION:

|
- The Association undertakes research of World War II Veteran participation during the war years. This research is undertaken by individual Association members, and by young people in partnership with the Yarmouth Consolidated Memorial High School.

REMEMBRANCE EVENTS and INITIATIVES:
|
|
- Association members participate in various public and private Remembrance Services both in Canada and England.
Wreaths are laid by Wartime Heritage in Nova Scotia, at various Remembrance Day Ceremonies on November 11th. In England, wreaths are laid on behalf of Wartime Heritage by members of the Royal British Legion Downs Branch at Remembering Sunday services.
In 2008, the Association will restore the Commemorative Bench at the East and West Camp Memorial in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia (December 2007 marks the 65th Anniversary of the arrival of the first Telegraphist Air Gunners at East Camp, RCAF Station Yarmouth, in 1944).

WAR EXHIBITS AND DISPLAYS:

- The Association presents public war exhibits and displays.
The Association mounts displays annually at the Yarmouth Consolidated Memorial High School during Remembrance Week. From March - June 2008, the Association presented a new Wartime Heritage Exhibit at the Yarmouth Mall.
